Early Neutral Evaluation [ENE], a type of ADR process, may be voluntary or mandatory. There are significant differences between case appraisal under legislation and the process known as ENE. The primary goal of Voluntary ENE is to provide early, frank and respected evaluation on essential matters and to devise a sensible case management plan.
