Legislation introduces a new planning system to Queensland and also provides for the integration of State and Local Government development approvals.|Major implications for the effect it will have on landowners' expectations for the use and future development of their land and other land in the vicinity.|Also greatly restricts rights to compensation for reduction in property values as a result of the amendment of planning schemes
