Abstract
The author examines the issue of professional misconduct, and discusses: the two disciplinary tribunals constituted under the Queensland Law Society Act 1952-1988 (CTH), the Statutory Committee (QLD), and the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (QLD), some common elements found in cases of misconduct by solicitors, and three case studies.
