Abstract
When the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal has determined an application or matter and is required to make orders and possibly also impose sanctions, it is vital to be aware of and look to the sources of the tribunal�s powers. Two case examples from the occupational disciplinary sphere provide illustrative lessons for solicitors practising within the QCAT jurisdiction.
