Abstract
The Queensland Building Services Authority Act was passed on the 5.12.91. The Act repeals the Builders' Registration & Home Owners Protection Act (1979). The following legislation will no longer apply to domestic building work - Subcontractors Charges Act - Commercial Arbitration Act 1990 - Contractors Trust Accounts Act 1974
